Bu koşullar, Lobtail Studio tarafından sunulan Causette uygulaması ve causette.app sitesi için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı indirerek ya da kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Apple’ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) ayrıca geçerlidir; çelişirse Apple’ın asgari koşulları önceliklidir.
These terms apply to the Causette app provided by Lobtail Studio and the causette.app website. By downloading or using the app you accept them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies as well; if they conflict, Apple’s minimum terms prevail.

Sana, Causette’i kendi Apple cihazlarında kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanman için sınırlı, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı ya da kartları kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik uygulayamaz, yeniden dağıtamaz ya da satamazsın. Uygulamanın adı, tasarımı, kart metinleri ve yazılımı Lobtail Studio’ya aittir.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Causette on your own Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or sell the app or its cards. The name, design, card texts and software belong to Lobtail Studio.

İndirmek ücretsizdir; ek kartlar tek seferlik paketler olarak satılır, abonelik yoktur. Ödeme ve iadeler Apple’ın koşullarına göre Apple tarafından işlenir. Fiyatlar ülkeye göre App Store’da gösterilir. Satın almaları, Mağaza ekranındaki “Satın almaları geri yükle” ile aynı Apple hesabında geri yükleyebilirsin.
The app is free to download; extra cards are sold as one-time packs and there is no subscription. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Prices are shown in the App Store by country. You can restore purchases on the same Apple account with “Restore purchases” in the Store.

Odaları taciz etmek, hizmeti kötüye kullanmak, kod tahmin etmeye çalışmak ya da sunucuya aşırı yük bindirmek yasaktır; kötüye kullanımı sınırlayabiliriz. Odalar en fazla altı saat açık kalır; herkes ayrıldıktan sonra 30 dakika içinde dönülmezse kapanır. Hizmetin kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Online odadaki yazışmaları saklamayız ve izlemeyiz. Yazdıklarından sen sorumlusun; taciz, tehdit ya da hukuka aykırı içerik yasaktır, uygulamada sohbeti kapatabilirsin ya da odadan ayrılabilirsin.
An online room is open only to people who know its code; you are responsible for whom you share the code with. Harassing others, abusing the service, trying to guess room codes or overloading the server is not allowed, and we may limit abuse. Rooms stay open for six hours at most, and close 30 minutes after everyone has left. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not store or monitor chat in an online room. You are responsible for what you write; harassment, threats and unlawful content are not allowed, and you can leave the room at any time.

Kartlar sohbeti başlatmak içindir; kişisel ya da hafif flörtöz sorular içerebilir (Kıvılcım isteğe bağlıdır ve kapatılabilir). Kimsenin cevap vermek zorunda olmadığını unutma: pas geçmek bedavadır. Kiminle oynadığına, soruları nasıl sorduğuna ve verilen cevapları nasıl kullandığına sen karar verirsin; Causette oyuncular arasındaki davranıştan sorumlu değildir.
The cards are meant to start conversations; they may include personal or lightly flirty questions (Spark is optional and can be turned off). Remember that nobody has to answer: passing is free. You decide who you play with, how you ask the questions and what you do with the answers; Causette is not responsible for how players behave towards each other.

Causette “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu olmayız ve sorumluluğumuz ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan, sözleşmeyle kaldırılamayacak haklarına dokunulmaz.
Causette is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the app and our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Your statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract are not affected.

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; güncel hâli her zaman bu sayfadadır. Güncellemeden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
8. Uygulanacak hukuk
8. Governing law
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak yasal olarak sana tanınan başvuru yolları saklıdır.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any consumer remedies the law gives you remain available.
